Created as an animated editorial illustration examining the psychological filters through which we sometimes interpret ourselves and other people.

A pair of glasses is covered with words including comparison, shame, blame, avoidance, and projection. As the lenses are wiped clean, the image turns a familiar object into a metaphor for recognizing and potentially removing the distortions that affect perception.
